We offer personal event consulting on an hourly rate of
$100 per hour. Information regarding finding unusual sites for your event,
menu planning, quantities and instructions for catering your own event,
or advice on any subject with our expertise. If you are using another
caterer in any part of the world and need advice we can offer ways to
ensure a better event and provide the tools needed to negotiate the best
deal. |

For anyone using our catering services the fee will be applied to the
event. Services include event planning, location finding, menu planning,
staffing, liquor requirements and rental orders of catering equipment. |
